The duplex holiday home Los Almendros, which is part of the Valle del Este Golf Resort, is located in Vera and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a lounge/dining room with a kitchen/utility/laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a large solarium/sun terrace and a separate balcony, which are accessed from the lounge. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and a garden, is also available for your use. The residential complex is situated near the towns of Vera, Garrucha, and Mojácar. Property is accessed via a gated area, and guests have their own dedicated car parking space. Pets are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
